Zoo Juniors and Zoo Chefs are classes geared toward children ages 5-7 years with their favorite adult. During these classes we invite you to join furry, feathery, slimy and fuzzy animal friends in exciting, hands-on adventures.
Registration and pre-payment required. For non-members, class cost includes Zoo admission for child and ONE accompanying adult any additional adults must pay admission.
Class Times: 2:00 p.m.
During Zoo Juniors we will read books, make crafts, enjoy visits from live animals and participate in educational activities and explore the zoo.
Zoo Juniors classes take place in the Bankers Trust Learning Center located in the center of the Zoo.

During Zoo Chefs you and your child will make a creative, tasty treat, hear stories, make crafts, and enjoy visits from live animals!
Zoo Chefs classes take place in the Macaw Café located on the lower lever of the Discovery Center or in the Discovery Center Rooms located at the main entrance of the zoo.

Blank Park Zoo hours are 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. For after-hours classes, Zoo staff will greet you at admissions approximately five minutes prior to the start of class.
All sales are final. If you are unable to attend a class, you can transfer to an open class during the same season if available. Classes cannot be carried over into different seasons. To avoid rescheduling fees, rescheduling must be confirmed prior to the originally scheduled class. No refunds will be offered unless classes are canceled by the Zoo.
